The staff were kind, helpful, and responsive to every question. The room looked newly renovated and clean. The location is the best thing about the hotel — right next to the Spanish Steps, with many delicious and famous restaurants nearby. The prices were very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, even though I booked on the same day. I highly recommend it.

The location is simply unbeatable - right in the middle of Spanish steps. Walking up in the heart of such an iconic spot was an experience we’ll never forget. The hotels front desk staff were kind.
