At checkout we were told they did not accept foreign credit cards and asked us to pay in cash, which we reluctantly did. This is not true. The owner’s nephew was trying to avoid credit card fees and booking.com fees since he advised booking.com that we did not show up and cancelled the booking. Booking.com contacted us to confirm if we stayed there or not. We told them we did stay there and paid in cash. On this experience alone, I would not recommend this property.
